Eyelash extensions are used to enhance the length, curliness, fullness and thickness of your natural lashes. The extensions may be made from several materials including mink, synthetic, humans or horse hair.

Applying a full set of lashes takes about 2 hours. Everyone is unique so there is no universal answer here. Depending on the condition of your natural lashes this can vary. Fills take about 30 minutes less than a full set but this also depends on how long it has been since your last session. If you wait too long we will have to do a full set, so make sure you maintain them!

Of course. However, as an expert, we may advise you to start a little slower based on your natural lash type and quality. An expert lash artist will consult with you and give you the best look possible. One you will be genuinely happy with, not one that wont last. During our consultation we will be able to tell you based on the quality of your natural lashes, which length or thickness to go. Sometimes full length, dramatic lashes are not the best option as they won't stay. We promise though, you will love how it looks when you leave.

Since each extension is individually attached to a single eyelash, they will fall out naturally along with the natural growth cycle of each lash. We recommend a touch up or "fill" every two to three weeks. Be aware your natural lashes might fall out if you pick at them or try to pull them out yourself! If you are ever in doubt please contact us and we will advise you of normal fall out and the best option if you would like your extensions removed. 

The biggest myth surrounding eyelash extensions are that they ruin your natural lashes. They do not. If applied correctly and properly, they are safe and do not ruin the natural health of your lashes. Be sure not to rub your eyes or tug and pull on the extensions. Just like doing this to your natural lashes this can damage them. If lashes are applied properly they won't fall out. 

It is very important to keep your lashes away from water for 12 to 24 hours. This includes a full set AND fills. Water can weaken the adhesive before it is set and cause the lashes to fall out prematurely. This means no pool parties for a day or two. (Don't worry, it'll be worth it)

Please try to avoid oil based products or make-up removers around the eye area. I recommend Only the bubble wash we sell. 

Also, using waterproof mascara on the extensions is not recommended, as it is hard to remove and can actually pull off the lashes when trying to remove the mascara. 

If you are planning on wearing mascara in addition to the extensions, only use it on the tips and apply very lightly. Trust us anyways, you don't need much when you have our extensions ;)
